Advantage
Group. Inc. was established in 1992. The main goal of our company is to offer
our customer a full line of electronic repair services, engineering design, and
industrial servo motor repairs.
Our company presently has a staff of 35
full and part-time employees in positions of support services and product
development. Our staff is highly trained in troubleshooting all types of
electronic problems in A.C. & D.C. drives, PLCs, printed circuit boards,
servo motors & drives, and so much more. We have invested in the latest
state-of-the-art testing equipment for diagnosing board level repairs and
electronic board mapping. We also custom build our test sets to interface with
all types of electronic interfaces. This gives our skilled technicians the
tools to keep your repair costs low.
I realize you have many electronic
repair companies wanting to do business at your locations, but I would like to
share with you how we differ from the others: |

We check each item to determine what is actually wrong and we base our quote on
time and material, not a "book" price.
2) We give a (1) year warranty from
date of invoice.
3) We provide free pick up and delivery within 200 miles
of Hickory.
4) We don't charge an inspection fee.
5) We provide field
service techs if you have in-plant problems with electronics.
6) We have a
program to help cut your repairs costs and search for new ways to lower
maintenance costs.
7) We offer you -our customers - solutions to all
of your repairs needs.

REPAIR
TIME ...
For standard repairs not requiring special parts,
turnaround time averages 7 working days. Advantage Group, Inc.
offers a "Rush" repair option to place your order ahead of all "Non-Rush"
repairs. There will be a 25% Impact Fee with a $25.00 minimum and a
$250.00 Maximum for this service.
WARRANTY
...
Advantage Group, Inc. offers a 30-Day Warranty on the
complete unit for all standard repairs. Note: The Warranty starts at
the time of installation. Advantage Group, Inc. takes under
consideration that units may be shelved up to one year before being placed into
service. Our liberal warranty policy allows this.
REPAIR
POLICIES ...
• Unit Pricing
Quotations or
notifications will be provided within 3 working days after receipt of an item
for repair unless stated otherwise.
Some items may require additional
evaluation time. For example, units that are not readily
identifiable or do not have current documentation available, may take extra
time. For these units, the customer will receive an acknowledgement
of receipt of the item and will receive their quote once the evaluation is
complete.
*Note: Quotations do not include tax and freight
charges.
Repair pricing will be determined by Advantage Group,
Inc. Pricing will not exceed 50% of the replacement cost of an item
for normal repairs.
